Job Description
Overview Cardio Supervisor Catholic Health Physician Practices Position Summary: Supports the Office Manager in the overall administration and coordination of one or more practice locations, ensuring efficient daily operations and high-quality patient service. Job Details Responsibilities: Assist with daily operations, inventory, staff support, oversee providers schedules. Serve as backup to the Office Manager and support departmental decisions and initiatives.
Ensure adequate staffing and assist with staff training, coaching, and onboarding. Oversee front-office functions, including call management, scheduling, insurance verification, authorizations, and data entry (EPIC). Collect and manage patient demographic, financial, and insurance information.
Perform appointment reconciliation Maintain records, files, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Communicate updates, policy changes, and operational information to staff and providers. Participate in staff meetings and support special initiatives and performance improvement efforts.
Provide culturally competent service and adhere to all organizational policies and procedures. Requirements: 3-5 years of medical office experience 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Experience overseeing operations across multiple locations preferred but not required EPIC EHR experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
