NSC Skilled Trades is seeking a Carpenter Foreman in Charleston, SC

JOB DETAILS:
PAY: $35-40/hr
HOURS: 40+ hours a week

Duration: temp to perm
START DATE: 5/18
SCOPE: Citadel Mall

• Must have  1-2 years previous experience as a APM or Carpenter Foreman in commercial construction 
• Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with day-to-day project coordination, scheduling, documentation, and communication.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documents to help identify issues before they impact the field.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, architects, engineers, inspectors, and internal project teams.
• Support project schedules by tracking manpower, material deliveries, upcoming milestones, constraints, and trade sequencing.
• Experience managing Sub Contractors
• Dealing with clients and employees on job sites.
