Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe purpose of this position is to provide a warm welcome to our customers and guests either in person or on the phone. Take payments if need be and help with Account Reconciliations.Essential Functions:Answering the telephone and transferring calls/ taking and relaying messages.Meeting and greeting customers/clients.Typing correspondence, letters and documents etc.Record receipt of parts and posts into the ADP system.Make correct changes for customers’ purchases.Process purchases using a credit card machine and verify checks upon receipt.Operate a cash a cash register or drawer with absolute accuracy and efficiencyCashier/ handling of receivables and sending to the corporate center for proper processingAble to sit or stand for long periods of timeOther duties will be assigned;Essential Skills for this position:Ability to add and calculate taxAbility to calculate and provide change to customersCDK and basic Accounting experience is a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and growth.A supportive and dynamic work environment. 1st shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
