Schedule: 13 Weeks (Possible Extensions)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prep for cardiac caths, PCI (STEMI), and other procedures such as peripheral vascular, pacemaker, interventional radiology procedures, etc.
• Able to monitor, document, and calculate hemodynamic data
• Provide procedural assistance to the physician, pre-, intra-, and post-procedure
• Assess and manage the access site and inform the physician.
• Adhere to On call protocol for the Cath lab
• Prepare the patient for procedures

Required Certifications & Licensure

• Licensed Radiologic Technologist
• RCIS certification preferred
• BLS, ACLS & IABP experience required
• Cardiac Cath lab experience required

Required Education

High School Diploma or GED required
