About the RoleWe are hiring a CPA to manage accounting, bookkeeping, compliance, and financial reporting for US-based clients. This role suits both early-career and experienced professionals looking to work on end-to-end accounting and client management.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage financial records, bookkeeping, and reconciliationsPrepare and review financial statements as per US GAAPHandle tax filings and compliance for US clientsSupport/lead month-end and year-end closingEnsure accuracy of financial data and reportsCommunicate with clients and provide financial insightsImprove processes and follow best practicesMentor junior team members (for experienced candidates)
QualificationsUS CPA (mandatory)1-5+ years of accounting experienceKnowledge of US GAAP, taxation, and complianceStrong analytical and communication skills
Preferred SkillsExperience with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Zoho Books, SAPExposure to US/international clientsProficiency in Microsoft Excel
