Locum Tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) opportunity in Devils Lake, North Dakota - June 28-30 assignment with estimated weekly pay $7,790-$8,210. Join an all-CRNA anesthesia team providing perioperative and obstetric anesthesia in a collaborative community hospital setting.
Provide high-quality anesthesia care in an all-CRNA practice model while enjoying the outdoor recreation, lakes, and friendly small-town community of Devils Lake, ND.
Job Details- Assignment Dates: June 28-30
- Location: Devils Lake, North Dakota (58301)
- Shifts: 8-hour days (7am-3pm), 5 shifts per week
- Call Schedule: 3pm-7am nightly and weekends during assignment (primarily OB call); 20-minute call response required
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $7,790-$8,210 (locum tenens CRNA pay)
- Setting: 2 operating rooms; cases include Endoscopy, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, General, Trauma, and Neonatal anesthesia
- EMR: Meditech plus paper charting
- Sleep room provided if needed during call shifts
- Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience required (acute care, obstetric and regional anesthesia experience preferred)
- Active, unrestricted CRNA license (North Dakota or ability to obtain state privileges)
- DEA/CSR required
- All certifications must be AHA issued (BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable)
- Proof of recent experience with epidurals, spinals, and regional blocks (case logs required)
- Ability to practice independently in an all-CRNA model and provide perioperative anesthesia care across a broad case mix
- Credentialing timeframe: 45-60 days (temporary privileges may be available with clear background and malpractice history)
- Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical cases including OB/GYN, general surgery, trauma, endoscopy, ophthalmology, and neonatal cases
- Perform spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks as required (regional anesthesia)
- Provide OB call coverage and respond within 20 minutes as scheduled
- Manage airway and provide safe perioperative anesthesia care for diverse patient populations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Meditech and paper charting systems
- Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Short-term locum tenens CRNA assignment with competitive weekly pay
