Job Description:
Grand Island Surgery Center is seeking a CRNA locum to provide anesthesia services for outpatient procedures. This position is needed due to leave coverage and resignation. The schedule includes multiple shifts from August through September, with hours from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The facility is a surgery center in Grand Island, NE, and the role requires providing anesthesia for outpatient procedures.

Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $300 - $315 per hour
Orientation Pay: $150 - $157.50 per hour (half the hourly rate, applicable after 8 hours of orientation)
Holiday Rate: $450 - $472.50 per hour (at 1.5x the hourly rate)

Credentialing: No prior credentialing with other facilities needed. No billing enrollment required beyond standard procedures.

Additional Details:
This is an outpatient surgery center setting. The position is for a full-time FTE, covering maternity leave and resignation. Local lodging preferred at Fairfield Inn - Grand Island, Nebraska. Local or preferred air travel options are available.
