Role: Change Management Training Specialist

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: Long term

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: 100% Remote

We are looking for a Change Management Training Specialist to design and deliver training programs supporting digital transformation and AI initiatives. This role focuses on instructional design, training delivery, and driving adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop training materials (e-learning, guides, videos, job aids)

Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching (virtual and in-person)

Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to scale adoption

Assess training needs and identify skill gaps across teams

Manage LMS administration, scheduling, and training logistics

Track and analyze training effectiveness and adoption metrics

Collaborate with stakeholders to align training with transformation goals

Maintain training documentation and content repositories

Requirements

5–10 years of experience in training, instructional design, or L&D

Experience supporting digital transformation or technology implementations

Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE)

Experience with e-learning tools and LMS platforms

Strong facilitation and communication skills

Proficiency with Google Workspace tools

Nice-to-Haves: Experience with AI-related training, video tools, or virtual platforms
