About the Role

We are looking for a passionate CA with 2 years of post-qualification experience who can independently manage end-to-end finance operations and bring clarity, structure, and strategic insight to our organisation.

This is not a routine bookkeeping role.

This is a high-ownership position where your financial decisions will shape the company’s future.

What You’ll Own

• Complete financial reporting: Balance Sheet, P&L, MIS… all done accurately and on time
• Oversee daily accounting operations (AP/AR, GL, payroll, reconciliations)
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC—100% compliance
• Lead internal & external audits with confidence
• Build realistic budgets & forecasts; drive cost control
• Analyse profitability and support management decisions
• Work closely with banks, vendors, auditors, and internal teams
• Keep financial processes tight, transparent, and efficient

Who We’re Looking For

• CA (ICAI) with 2 years PQE
• Strong command of Indian tax laws & compliance
• Hands-on experience with Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks / SAP
• Excel ninja + analytical thinker
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
