Chef de Cuisine — Maretta (East Village)
Maretta is a Northern Italian bistro in the East Village, focused on a concise, seasonal menu and a strong natural wine program.
We’re looking for a Chef de Cuisine to lead the kitchen and grow with us.
The role centers around:
- A small, evolving menu built on seasonality
- Simple, precise plates with attention to detail
- Ongoing menu changes and collaboration
- A kitchen that works in rhythm with a thoughtful natural wine program
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Young in energy, sharp, and eager to learn
- Hands-on and present in service
- Organized and consistent in execution
- Respectful and collaborative with the team
- Comfortable working within a clear vision while contributing ideas
This is not a role for egos.
