About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Finance and Operations Executive who possesses a strategic mindset and a systems-oriented approach to elevate our organization's financial health and operational efficiency. As a crucial member of the executive leadership team, you will oversee finance, accounting, talent operations, technology, and general operations. This role is key in fostering our organization's financial acumen and directing the creation of innovative systems, policies, and procedures aimed at maximizing impact.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on finance within a complex organization. A strong background in financial operations, particularly in the philanthropic sector, is highly desirable. Exceptional strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to inclusive leadership are critical for success in this role.

You will closely collaborate with the CEO and other leaders to craft and implement financial strategies, oversee the annual budget process, and optimize financial and analytics platforms.

Additionally, your responsibilities will extend to operations leadership, where you will be involved in facilities and logistics management, vendor relations, and technology strategy. The right candidate will be a proactive problem-solver capable of identifying and implementing solutions that propel our organization forward.
