Location: OKC

Seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead a community‑focused bank in the Oklahoma City area. The role involves strategic financial leadership, risk management, and board‑level communication in a family‑owned, customer‑centric banking environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (required)
• Master’s degree or Graduate School of Banking preferred
• 10+ years of progressive banking experience
• Documented track record of successful projects and financial initiatives

Duties

• Provide strategic recommendations with the leadership team
• Oversee operations and accounting departments
• Analyse financial trends and present insights to the board
• Grow bank revenues and improve operational efficiencies
• Raise capital and manage capital structure
• Ensure compliance with OCC/regularulatory reporting and other scheduled reports
• Maintain employee benefits program
• Manage stock and bond portfolio
• Lead acquisition planning and new branch development
• Collaborate with employees, customers and shareholders for sound financial management
