Job Description
We are seeking a C-level role—Chief Financial Officer—located on the island of Maui. Salary ranges from $275,000 to $325,000 per year, plus bonus and executive benefits.
As CFO, you will act as the financial leader and strategic partner to the executive team, shaping future growth, driving profitability, and guiding strategic decision-making.
Experience
- 10+ years in finance/accounting leadership
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or similar industries is a strong plus
- Background working with executive teams in growth environments
Education
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or Master’s preferred
Core Skills
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with forecasting and financial planning
- Familiar with ERP systems, job costing, WIP, and AIA billing
- Confident decision‑maker who can challenge and guide leadership
