Join International SOS (Africa Holdings) Limited as a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) based in Pointe Noire on a rotational basis, and play a pivotal leadership role within our Medical Services Business Line. As the CMO, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating a multidisciplinary team of medical and nursing professionals to ensure the provision of exemplary clinical services. Your comprehensive strategic and operational leadership will guide the clinic’s adherence to international healthcare standards and local regulatory requirements while fostering a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement and patient-centered care.

Key aspects of your role will include mentoring clinical staff, leading quality assurance initiatives, and spearheading projects aimed at expanding medical service offerings to better meet evolving client needs. You will collaborate closely with clinic management and stakeholders to enhance service delivery efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction, building a reputation for clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Moreover, you will act as the principal medical advisor within the emergency clinic, providing expert consultation, overseeing clinical governance, and ensuring the highest standards of practice and patient safety are consistently maintained.
