Role Overview

Hiring a Civil Engineer to support valuation of real estate assets (land, residential, commercial). This role involves site inspections, estimation, and valuation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits, inspections, and property measurements
• Assist in land & building valuation reports
• Perform BOQ, cost estimation, and market comparison
• Analyze real estate trends and comparable transactions
• Verify basic property/legal documents

Must-Have

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture
• Experience in site work / BOQ / estimation / billing
• Exposure to real estate / construction projects
• Comfortable with frequent travel/site visits

Good to Have

• Exposure to property valuation / bank/NBFC cases
• Knowledge of cost & sales comparison approaches

• No site/field experience
• Only design (AutoCAD/Revit) roles
• Non-civil background
