Role OverviewTeleperformance is hiring Civil Engineers (Executives / Associates level) for a Customer Care Support role. This position requires candidates with prior civil engineering experience, who will support customer queries, coordination, and issue tracking related to civil, maintenance, and infrastructure services. The role is ideal for civil engineers looking to transition into a support-based role while leveraging their technical knowledge.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer care support activities related to civil, maintenance, and infrastructure queriesRespond to customer calls/emails regarding civil-related issues and service requestsCoordinate with internal facilities, vendors, and engineering teams for issue resolutionUnderstand and interpret civil-related complaints and provide appropriate guidanceTrack, document, and follow up on service requests and escalationsEnsure timely resolution and closure of customer issuesMaintain accurate records, reports, and documentationAdhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and SLAs
Eligibility CriteriaQualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)Civil engineering experience is requiredSuitable for Executives / Associates-level candidates1-5 years of prior civil engineering experienceGood communication and customer-handling skillsWilling to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offsImmediate joiners only (mandatory)Willing to work from Mumbai - Malad location
Preferred SkillsAbility to understand civil drawings, maintenance issues, and technical terminologyCustomer coordination and issue management skillsBasic knowledge of facilities, maintenance, or infrastructure operationsGood documentation and reporting skills
CompensationMaximum Budget: Up to 4.5 LPA (Fixed; based on interview performance)
