Civil Procurement - AM/DM

Key Responsibilities:1. Procurement Planning & ExecutionHandle procurement of civil works including RCC, foundations, roads, drainage, WTG foundations, inverter rooms, control rooms, piling works, etc.Prepare and execute procurement strategy based on project timelines and requirements.Coordinate with project, engineering, and planning teams for BOQ finalization.2. Vendor ManagementIdentify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/contractors for civil works.Manage vendor negotiations, techno-commercial evaluations, and finalization.Develop a strong vendor base across regions (especially for Wind & Solar sites).3.

Tendering & ContractingFloat RFQs/RFPs, analyze bids, and conduct comparative statements.Lead techno-commercial discussions and finalize contracts.Draft and manage contracts, work orders, and amendments.4. Cost OptimizationDrive cost-saving initiatives through effective negotiation and alternate sourcing.Benchmark rates and maintain cost databases for civil items and services.5. Coordination & Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with Project Execution, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams.Ensure timely delivery aligned with project schedules and milestones.6.

Compliance & DocumentationEnsure adherence to company procurement policies and audit requirements.Maintain proper documentation for all procurement activities.
