Our Aftersales Team is seeking a Claims Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.
What you’ll doOversee the processing of insurance claims to ensure the procedure is handled efficiently, accurately, and in a manner that protects the interests of the insured parties while also providing satisfactory customer service. Resolve customer complaints & short fail of servicesLiaison between clients, adjusters, service providers, and all related partiesManaging all frontline and workshop operation in an efficient mannerLead a team of claim officers, provide training and guidance as well as managing their work performanceProficient in negotiation and settle claims with third-party claimants, insurers, law firms, external service providers and workshops accurately and timelyEnsure all claim matters are resolve adherence to NIMA Guideline and compliance with all regulatory requirementsTo facilitate the achievement KPIs target set for frontlineFormulating long and short-term strategies to ensure the profitability for existence of B&P. Coach and guide ensure all the business dealings are ethical and meet Inchcape Code of ConductResponsible for service center’s profit and lossMaintaining a good working relationship with all insurance companiesEnsure Insurance protocol is adhered to accordinglyUnder-take any ad-hoc duties or initiatives
About youPreferably with Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)At least 5 years of relevant technical and managerial work experience in automotive claims and handling claims disputes professionallyProficient in MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Word)Must have a Valid Class 3 driving licenseProficient in local laws and regulationsStrong leadership qualities, effective interpersonal and excellent communication skillsAble to adapt and work independently in a fast-paced environment
