Claims Manager

Overview

An upcoming retirement has created an opportunity for a strong claims leader to step into a high-impact role with the largest claims group in the organization.

This leader will oversee a personal lines auto claims operation of approximately 30 team members, including four Team Managers and their adjuster teams. The group handles PIP, bodily injury, and total loss claims.

This is an excellent opportunity for a people-first leader who can build trust, develop talent, and help move a strong team from good to great. With additional retirements expected over the next several years, this role also offers meaningful future growth potential.

Schedule

Hybrid, in office Tuesday–Thursday

Location

Renovated, modern office near a pond/lake

Compensation

$126K–$145K+, with up to 20% bonus
