We are looking for a Claims Manager (SME) to lead claims domain expertise, optimize claims workflows, and support solution alignment across Scry AI's insurance-focused offerings. This role is critical in bridging deep claims knowledge with AI-driven automation to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Role OverviewAs a Claims Manager (SME) at Scry AI, you will bring strong domain expertise in insurance claims and work closely with product, sales, and delivery teams to shape solutions aligned with real-world claims processes. You will be responsible for analyzing claims workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and enabling the implementation of AI-driven solutions that improve turnaround time and reduce errors.
This role is ideal for someone with deep claims experience who can translate operational knowledge into scalable, technology-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Claims Domain Expertise & Process Optimization
Act as a domain expert for insurance claims processes across lines of businessAnalyze existing claims workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risk areasRecommend process improvements aligned with automation and digital transformation
Solution Alignment & Enablement
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align solutions with claims requirementsProvide domain inputs for AI models, document workflows, and automation logicSupport customization and configuration of claims-related solutions
Client Engagement & Advisory
Engage with clients to understand claims challenges and operational requirementsProvide expert guidance on improving claims accuracy, compliance, and efficiencySupport pre-sales discussions by articulating domain-driven value propositions
Quality, Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure claims processes adhere to regulatory and compliance standardsIdentify fraud risks, inconsistencies, and control gaps within claims workflowsSupport implementation of audit-ready and compliant claims processes
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and deliveryCreate documentation, best practices, and knowledge resources for claims processesProvide training and enablement for internal teams on claims domain expertise
Required Qualifications and Skills
Strong experience in insurance claims management and operationsDeep understanding of claims lifecycle, documentation, and adjudication processesAbility to map business processes to technology solutionsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with digital transformation, automation, or AI-driven claims solutions is a plusAnalytical mindset with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
