We are seeking a friendly and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Englishtown, United States. As a vital link between our company and our valued customers, you will provide exceptional support and ensure a positive customer experience.
* Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages promptly and professionally * Listen attentively to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback * Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate to appropriate departments when necessary * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system * Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies * Provide product information and assist customers with their purchasing decisions * Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes * Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information * Achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and ticketing systems * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous customer service experience preferred * Customer service certifications are a plus * The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions
Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck * Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72high
Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station * Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station * Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients
Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas
