🎯 The Role:
Join our team as a Client Relations Specialist focused on the faith-based market. You'll manage relationships with ministries and non-profit organizations while driving growth through research and strategic outreach.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Client Advisory & Growth Consulting:
• Analyze client business models and identify growth opportunities
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance client service offerings
• Conduct growth assessments and develop improvement roadmaps
• Guide clients on market expansion and audience development strategies
• Help clients optimize their operational efficiency and service delivery
• Advise on digital transformation and technology adoption
Client Relationship Management & Success:
• Build deep consultative relationships with Global organizations
• Conduct regular strategic reviews and performance assessments
• Develop customized growth plans aligned with organizational missions
• Facilitate client workshops and strategic planning sessions
• Ensure high retention through value-driven relationship management
• Identify expansion opportunities and strategic partnerships
Market Intelligence & Strategic Research:
• Research US faith-based market trends and growth opportunities
• Analyze denominational landscapes and organizational structures
• Identify best practices across successful ministries and churches
• Monitor industry innovations and emerging service models
• Provide market insights to help clients stay competitive
Growth Enablement & Support:
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client growth objectives
• Support client onboarding with strategic orientation and planning
• Track client success metrics and growth indicators
• Develop case studies and success stories for continuous improvement
• Provide ongoing strategic guidance and problem-solving support
What We need from You:
• 1-5 years in client success/account management/business consulting
• US client experience with demonstrated relationship-building success
• Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze business models and identify growth opportunities
• Understanding of growth strategies, market expansion, and service enhancement
• Strong consultative communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of faith-based organizational structures and operational challenges
• Experience in advisory roles or strategic planning
• Cultural sensitivity and understanding of ministry/church operations
• Comfortable working US time zones for strategic client interactions
