Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Development & Operations Coordinator to support our client interactions, lead generation, and day-to-day coordination.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, client management, and operations, ensuring that every enquiry is handled efficiently and converted into meaningful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Business Development Support
- Identify and track new business enquiries (inbound & outbound)
- Reach out to potential clients to understand project requirements
- Qualify prospects and schedule calls/meetings for the team
- Maintain a pipeline of architects, developers, and hospitality leads
2. Client Communication & Coordination
- Handle initial client interactions professionally via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Share company profile, product catalogs, and relevant materials
- Coordinate follow-ups to ensure no lead goes cold
- Assist in nurturing relationships with ongoing prospects
3. Appointment & Calendar Management
- Schedule and manage meetings for internal teams and clients
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and sourcing/project teams
4. Social Media & Basic Marketing Support
- Assist in posting content (reels/posts) on social media platforms
- Coordinate with designers or internal teams for content requirements
- Help maintain a consistent online presence
5. Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain organized records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups
- Support documentation and basic reporting
- Ensure smooth day-to-day communication flow within the team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written English required)
- Confident on calls and comfortable speaking with clients
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive mindset, someone who follows up without being told
- Basic understanding of sales, client handling, or admin roles
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, Excel/Google Sheets, and social media
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in interiors, architecture, luxury products, or sourcing
- Prior exposure to sales coordination or client servicing roles
- Interest in design, luxury spaces, or global sourcing

- Increased conversion from enquiry → meeting → project
Salary: 35,000 Rupees + Incentives - Totals to 60,000
