Job Details
Oversee the clinical operations of the center, ensuring high-quality ABA services are delivered across all cases Provide leadership, supervision, and development for BCBAs and RBTs Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of clinical staff Maintain oversight of caseload distribution and ensure appropriate clinical coverage Review and guide assessments, treatment plans (FBA/BIP), and overall clinical programming Monitor data and outcomes to drive continuous improvement across the center Partner with leadership on growth initiatives, including scaling services and expanding capacity Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines, payer requirements, and company standards Foster a positive, collaborative team culture focused on quality care and staff retention
