You’ll act as the clinical authority on-site while ensuring seamless daily operations.This role requires regular travel throughout the Venice to Tampa region.What You’ll DoClinical ResponsibilitiesAssist providers with exams, biopsies, excisions, and Mohs proceduresPerform advanced clinical tasks within RN scope of practicePrepare patients, provide education, and ensure a high-quality care experienceSupport documentation and scribing as neededMaintain efficient patient flow and clinical standardsLeadership & Team ManagementServe as the on-site leader for your mobile clinic teamTrain, mentor, and support Medical Assistants and clinical staffEnsure proper staffing coverage and address call-outsFoster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team cultureAct as the liaison between field teams and leadershipClinic OperationsOversee clinic readiness, organization, and daily setupManage inventory, supplies, and equipmentEnsure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standardsTroubleshoot operational challenges in real timePartner with leadership to drive performance and continuous improvementWhat Makes You a Great FitYou take initiative and lead with confidence and accountabilityYou’re highly organized and operationally drivenYou think critically and solve problems quickly in dynamic environmentsYou thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented settingsYou’re adaptable and energized by a mobile, field-based roleQualificationsActive RN license requiredExperience in dermatology, surgical, or procedural settings preferredPrior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferredComfortable with regular travel between Venice and TampaStrong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skillsExperience with EMR systems (EMA preferred, training provided)
