Description
The Clinical Performance Specialist EMEA is a developing professional individual contributor who independently drives process optimization, performance insights, and regional operational governance across Clinical Support Services (CSS) in EMEA. The role operates with moderate supervision and applies judgment to problems of moderate scope, translating data and operational inputs into actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Clincial workflows, processes, and operating models across EMEA to identify efficiency and standardization opportunities.
- Define and maintain regional Clincial performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
- Interpret trends, risks, and improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to Clinical leadership.
- Own regional KPI governance processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain and improve regional trackers, SOPs, and documentation.
- Act as an operational partner to Clinical Education, providing LMS backup and insight-driven support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Sales and Marketing.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Typically 2+ years of relevant experience aligned to IC5 expectations.
- Experience in process analysis, metrics, reporting, or operational optimization.
- Strong Excel/data skills; Power BI preferred.
- LMS experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communications skills.
