In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of clinical projects, enhancing operational processes while ensuring the successful execution of various clinical studies.

Accountabilities Manage multiple concurrent clinical projects from initiation through completion. Own project scope, schedule, and execution across assigned initiatives. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies using tools such as Smartsheet.
Track progress, identify risks, and ensure alignment to study milestones and deliverables. Ensure consistent execution of established PMO processes and clinical project standards. Oversee day‑to‑day operational aspects of assigned projects.
Serve as liaison between clinical teams, functional partners, and leadership. Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure timely issue resolution. Maintain project dashboards, status reporting, and portfolio tracking.
Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree. 7+ years of experience in project management, clinical research, operations, or related field. Experience managing multiple complex, cross‑functional projects in a matrixed environment.
Familiarity with clinical research processes (e.g., post‑market, IDE). Strong ownership of project delivery across scope and execution. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
