About the CompanyWe are representing leading private specialist clinics and public healthcare institutions in Singapore seeking skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologists to join their multidisciplinary teams. We welcome all candidates who are eligible to work in Singapore.
About the RoleIn this role, you will provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for patients across a range of mental health and emotional wellbeing needs within a clinic setting. You will work closely with doctors and allied health professionals to deliver holistic, patient-centred care.
Responsibilities:Conduct psychological assessments using clinical interviews, standardized psychometric tests, and behavioural evaluations. Interpret assessment results to develop clear clinical formulations of clients’ psychological needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans based on evidence-based approaches.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to support integrated care. Assess, manage, and monitor client risk, ensuring safety and appropriate escalation when required. Provide psychological education and support to patients and, where appropriate, their families.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with institutional and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from a recognized institution (postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology preferred where applicable). Eligible for relevant professional registration or accreditation (if required for clinical practice in Singapore). Strong communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
Ability to assess, analyse, and apply clinical reasoning in patient care. Experience in clinical or healthcare settings will be an advantage. Passion for delivering compassionate, evidence-based psychological care.
