Clinical Recruiter I (Contract) — Remote (Louisville, KY team) A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Clinical Recruiter I to support a Fortune 500 healthcare organization. This is a full-time, contract opportunity with strong potential for extension/perm conversion based on performance and business need. Pay & Benefits Pay: $27.70/hour (W2) Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours (40 hours/week) Contract dates: Start ~ June 22, 2026 → End ~ November 30, 2026 Benefits: Available to full-time employees after 90 days 401(k): Company match available to eligible employees with 1 year of service (per plan/eligibility dates) Location Worker location type: Remote Team/site location: Louisville, KY 40222 (Position is listed as remote; you'll be supporting the Louisville, KY team/location.) What You'll Do (Responsibilities) Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate submissions, offer coordination, and onboarding support Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking/referrals, and recruiting databases Conduct phone screens/interviews to assess qualifications, clinical experience, and fit Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews, feedback, and next steps Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, priorities, and business objectives Build and maintain pipelines for clinical/healthcare/rehabilitation skill areas (active + passive candidates) Track activity in the ATS and ensure accurate documentation and dispositions (compliance-focused) Support compliance with EEO/OFCCP and applicable federal/state/local guidelines Participate in networking, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives as needed What We're Looking For (Requirements) Bachelor's degree in HR/related field (or equivalent combination of education/experience) 5+ years recruiting experience in a corporate environment 3–5 years of clinical/healthcare/rehabilitation recruiting experience (required) Experience using an ATS and proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong sourcing skills (social media + direct outreach + recruiting platforms) Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills; able to manage multiplereqs High School Diploma/GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Preferred High-volume healthcare recruiting experience Employer branding/networking/recruitment marketing experience Knowledge of compensation strategy/salary negotiation and selection best practices #J-18808-Ljbffr
