Key Job Responsibilities

• Build deep technical relationships with customers of all sizes and act as their trusted advisor across the full breadth of AWS.
• Guide customers through migration, modernization, or exploration of Generative AI and other emergent services.
• Manage the overall technical relationship, making recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Help customers unlock new possibilities with services such as Amazon Bedrock for Generative AI and emerging Agentic AI architectures.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally, influencing the roadmap of AWS features.
• Create and share best practices, technical content, and reference architectures, including white papers, code samples, and blog posts.
• Evangelize and educate customers about AWS technology through workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, and online videos.
• Champion the use of AWS services to help customers achieve scalable, flexible, and resilient architectures.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructure.
• 4+ years of experience in domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within software development or internet-related industries.
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
• Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective.
