The Work You’ll Be Doing\n
In this role, you will:
\n
\nSet up and operate CNC mills and machining centers\nLoad, run, and edit programs at the machine as required\nSelect tooling, set work and tool offsets, and verify fixturing\nRun high-mix, short-run precision jobs\nHold tight tolerances for aerospace and medical components\nPerform first-article and in-process inspections\nAdjust feeds, speeds, and offsets to maintain quality\nAssist in building custom fixtures when required\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area\nCollaborate with programmers, quality, and other machinists\n\n

Required

\n2+ years of CNC machining experience (or vocational training)\nExperience setting up and operating CNC machines\nAbility to read blueprints and interpret GD&T\nComfortable holding tolerances and inspecting parts\nStrong understanding of tooling and offsets\nReliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented\n\n
Preferred (Not Required)

\nCNC trade school certification\nExperience editing programs at the machine\nSolidCAM exposure\nExperience in aerospace or medical manufacturing\n\n
