The Work You’ll Be Doing\n
In this role, you will:
\n
\nPlan materials and determine machining and assembly sequences\nSet up and operate machining equipment to produce precision parts\nInterpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications\nPerform machining, fitting, alignment, and assembly operations\nComplete secondary operations including drilling, tapping, deburring, and finishing\nInspect parts using precision measuring tools to verify conformance\nComplete production, inspection, and quality documentation accurately\nTroubleshoot machining or assembly issues and support process improvements\nWork closely with engineering, quality, and inspection teams\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace following 5S principles\nSupport continuous improvement efforts and mentor junior machinists when needed\n\n

Machines: CNC mills, lathes, and grinding equipment (3-, 4-, or 5-axis)\n
Controls: Siemens, Fanuc\n
Inspection Tools: CMMs, height gages, micrometers, indicators\n\n

What We’re Looking For\n
Required:
\n
\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nAt least 1 year of machinist experience in a manufacturing environment\nAbility to read and interpret drawings and specifications\nBasic setup and operation experience on machine tools\nAttention to detail and commitment to quality\n\n
Preferred (Not Required):
\n
\nTechnical or trade school certificate with 2+ years’ experience, or 6+ years total experience\nExperience with multi-axis milling, turning, or grinding\nIntermediate GD&T interpretation skills\nExperience using ERP systems\nStrong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills\n\n
