The Work You’ll Be Doing\n
In this role, you will:
\n
\nSet up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and/or Swiss machines\nLoad tools, set offsets, and prepare machines for production runs\nRead and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and job travelers\nPerform first-article and in-process inspections\nMaintain tight tolerances and verify part quality using precision measuring tools\nMake basic machine adjustments and offset changes as needed\nTroubleshoot machining issues related to tooling, finishes, and tolerances\nCommunicate clearly with teammates to prevent quality or production issues\n\n

⚙️ Machines, Controls & Shop Capabilities\n
You’ll work with a mix of CNC equipment, including:

\n
Machines: CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Swiss Machines\n
Controls: Fanuc-style controls (or similar)\n
Inspection Tools: Calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, gauges\n\n

✅ What We’re Looking For\n
Required:

\n2+ years of CNC machining experience in a production or job shop environment\nExperience operating CNC mills, lathes, and/or Swiss machines\nAbility to read blueprints and understand GD&T\nStrong understanding of tooling, offsets, and in-process inspection\nComfortable holding tolerances and inspecting parts independently\nReliable attendance and strong work ethic\nPride in producing quality parts — not just running machines\n\n
Preferred (Not Required):
\n
\nCNC setup experience from start to first article\nAbility to load tools, set tool lengths/diameters, and work offsets\nExperience troubleshooting chatter, finishes, and tool wear\nCAM software exposure or CNC programming experience\nAbility to edit or adjust G-code at the machine\n\n
