Colleague Experience Administrator (Human Resources) - SwindonLocation: Swindon, SN1 (2-3 days on site in the office - Wednesday is a mandatory day onsite)Salary: £16.62 per hourFull Time - Monday to Friday - 36 hoursContract: 12 Weeks - possibly beyondPurposeProvide administrative and transactional HR support across the entire employee lifecycle, including Learning & Development, HR Administration, and Resourcing. Ensure accurate data processing and timely responses to queries in line with policy and legislation.Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesHR & Organisational Development SupportDevelop a wide understanding of the HR & OD function and the end-to-end colleague journey, including: Policies Terms and conditions Practices and procedures HR AdministrationDeliver accurate and timely HR administration across all colleague lifecycle processes. Ensure all query responses and processing meet: Legislation requirements Policy and procedure standards SLA requirements Process, maintain, and store data and records, ensuring: Data integrity GDPR compliance Learning & DevelopmentSupport Learning & Development activities.
Recruitment & OnboardingAssist with recruitment and onboarding administration. Query Management & EscalationTriage and risk assess queries, signposting and escalating where required. Be confident in giving accurate and timely responses on a range of HR queries.
Work within established policies and procedures. Escalate complex issues to the Colleague Experience Lead. Continuous ImprovementContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR processes, including: Developing FAQs across all areas Supporting consistency of advice Feed ideas, observations, and suggestions for improvements when they become apparent.
Collaboration & TeamworkWork with other areas across the HR & OD function and the wider Council to deliver organisational objectives. Share expertise and skills with others in the team. Supplementary AccountabilitiesSupport with any ad hoc projects as required by the business.
Professional RelationshipsThe role will work closely with:HR colleagues Colleagues and managers across the organisation Decision Making & Working StyleBe confident in providing accurate and timely responses to HR queries. Work within established policies and procedures. Escalate complex matters appropriately to the Colleague Experience Lead.
