Job DescriptionPlan, implement, and evaluate training programs that drive business improvement.Analyze overall collection team needs based on competencies, skill gaps, and business updates.Provide various training and coaching sessions for both new hires and existing employees.Design training materials, workshops, and modules based on collection needs.Monitor training schedules and ensure delivery is executed as planned.Manage the training team and drive continuous improvement initiatives. RequirementsCandidate must possess a bachelor's degree.A minimum of 3 years of experience in collection trainingOutstanding communication skills and interpersonal abilities.Good collaboration for improvementHas experience using training tools/LMS (Moodle is preferred)Fluent in English both verbal and non-vebal
