Role Summary:

We're looking for someone to design and manage a scalable, performance-driven affiliate program to grow Bitcoin ATM usage. This role will focus on affiliate partner acquisition, campaign execution, tracking, and compliance, especially in underbanked and cash-heavy markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage an affiliate program with clear incentives and KPIs
• Recruit and onboard resellers and strategic partners
• Own daily affiliate communications and partner support
• Track transactions, referrals, and campaign ROI
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance to develop campaign assets and ensure alignment
• Ensure affiliate activities comply with KYC/AML and advertising regulations
• Create onboarding and training tools for affiliate partners
• Analyze traffic, conversion, and performance data to optimize programs

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in affiliate or channel marketing; 1+ in crypto or fintech preferred
• Strong communication and partner-facing skills
• Experience with performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, affiliate dashboards, Excel)
• Organized and results-oriented
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed local and internationally
