Role Description

This is a Full-Time, on-site role located in Jacksonville, FL, for a Commercial Estimator. The Commercial Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and proposals for commercial projects, working closely with clients, contractors, and the project management team. This includes reviewing project blueprints, calculating material and labor costs, managing bid submissions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and requirements.

The role also involves fostering new client relationships and maintaining clear communication to support project success.

Qualifications

Strong Skills in blueprint reading, project estimation, and cost analysis.

10+ years of experience with electrical systems and construction projects, specifically commercial.

Proficiency in using Excel, Word & Adobe

Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills

Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and time management

Valid driver’s license and the ability to work on-site daily in Jacksonville, FL

Familiarity with local building codes and electrical safety standards

CAD is a plus
