This is a high-visibility role that will own management reporting, planning, and financial analysis for a large segment working across sites and functions to bring cohesive reporting, actionable insight, and meaningful support to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Annual plan, quarterly forecast, and 5-year strategic plan
• Segment-wide reporting and process improvement initiatives
• Financial modeling for business cases, pricing, make vs. buy, and potential acquisitions
• Partnering with functional leaders to drive performance and profitability
• Coach and develop a team of analysts

Requirements

• 7–10 years of progressive FP&A experience (manufacturing a plus)
• Strong analytical and communication skills with leadership presence
• Advanced Excel experience required
• SAP, Power BI, or OneStream preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
