Commercial Manager - Construction

About the Role

You’ll take full commercial ownership of high-value projects across Ireland, reporting directly to the COO and shaping strategy at the top table. From tender through final account, you’ll ensure every project delivers maximum commercial value while maintaining strong partner and client relationships.

• Drive commercial strategy from tender to completion
• Lead contract negotiation, valuations, claims, and dispute resolution
• Protect margins and ensure commercial integrity across all projects
• Align project scope and financial outcomes with delivery teams
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and suppliers
• Forecast, monitor, and report on budgets, risks, and market trends
• Represent commercial priorities within the senior leadership team

✅ What You Bring

• 8+ years’ experience in Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying
• Proven leadership on large-scale construction projects
• Expert knowledge of RIAI, Public Works, and bespoke contracts
• Financially astute, contract-savvy, and strategically assertive
• Degree in QS, Construction Management, or related discipline
