Director - Mid-Atlantic USA | Senior Recruiter

We’re assisting a well known client in the greater Atlanta area in seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Commercial Property Manager to lead operations for a high-visibility open-air retail center with an onsite property team. In this leadership role, you’ll supervise a team of four and manage all aspects of property operations, with a strong emphasis on financial performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a well-established open-air retail center
• Supervise and support an onsite team of four property professionals
• Lead all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Coordinate with leasing and construction teams to enhance asset performance
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships with a customer-first mindset
• Ensure operational compliance and uphold brand and safety standards

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of commercial property management experience REQUIRED, preferably retail
• Strong financial acumen — CAM reconciliations, variance reports, and budgeting are essential
• Proven leadership ability and team development experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi is a plus
