Commercial Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate real estate transactions, including renewals
• Oversee and coordinate tenant improvement and lease ready projects
• Investigate and resolve tenant issues
• Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
• Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely manner
• Review and approve invoices for properties within individual portfolio
• Complete monthly reports regarding, occupancy, variances, and improvements
• Weekly site visits to each property within individual portfolio

Qualifications

• Associates Degree Required
• Previous experience in property management or related fields
• Familiarity with commercial real estate leases is helpful
• Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines
• Ability to build rapport with tenants
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
