This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our housing association in Nottingham as a Communications and Engagement Business Partner, where you'll play a key role in strengthening relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders through clear, creative and impactful communications.About the roleAs our Communications and Engagement Business Partner, you'll lead the development and delivery of proactive, consistent internal and external communications that protect and enhance our reputation while supporting organisational priorities.Working closely with teams across NCHA, you'll provide expert advice and hands-on support to plan and deliver high-quality PR, communications and engagement campaigns that make a real difference.What you'll be doingActing as a trusted advisor to teams, shaping effective and creative communication strategiesSupporting crisis communications and acting as the second point of contact for media enquiriesTelling NCHA's stories to our audiences and and managing PR activityLeading the planning and production of key corporate communications and events (newsletters, magazines, conferences and Town Hall calls)Overseeing and improving intranet content through regular audits and performance insights, ensuring strong user engagementPlanning and delivering impactful, measurable communication campaignsWhat you'll haveSignificant experience in a communications or public relations roleA proven track record of delivering creative, successful campaignsStrong digital content management skills (intranet, newsletters, survey tools)Experience delivering a range of eventsExcellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsStrong written, verbal and analytical communication skillsYou'll also share our values, bring fresh ideas, and be excited to challenge and improve how we communicate.If you're a confident, creative and motivated communications professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a difference, this is the role for you.Why join NCHA?You'll be part of a forward-thinking, ambitious communications team where your ideas and creativity are genuinely valued.
