Job Summary:We are seeking a professional and highly motivated Community & Partnerships Manager to lead community development, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth initiatives.This role requires a strong balance of relationship management, event execution, and commercial acumen, with a focus on building a sustainable and engaged player ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage a structured and active community of padel playersEstablish player engagement programs, including leagues, ladders, and social matchesMaintain and grow customer databases and communication channelsPlan, coordinate, and execute tournaments, social events, and corporate bookingsEnsure consistent programming to maximize court utilizationManage event performance, including attendance and revenue outcomesIdentify and establish partnerships with hotels, fitness centers, lifestyle brands, and corporate clientsDrive revenue through memberships, court bookings, coaching programs, and eventsDevelop strategic collaborations to enhance brand positioning and customer acquisitionWork closely with internal or external marketing teams to support campaigns and promotional initiativesContribute to content planning and community-driven marketing activitiesRepresent the brand in external engagements and partnershipsUtilize and optimize booking and community platforms such as Playtomic and ReclubMonitor user activity, booking trends, and community growth metrics
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related fieldMinimum 3–5 years of experience in sports clubs, fitness, hospitality, or community-driven businessesStrong interpersonal, networking, and stakeholder management skillsProven experience in event planning and executionFamiliarity with sports booking or community platforms (e.g., Playtomic, Reclub) is highly preferredFluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
