Monday - Friday working pattern The Role
Processing new client and reactivation requests in line with AML and onboarding requirements
Drafting, reviewing, and supervising engagement letters and onboarding documentation
Supporting fee earners and clients with KYC, CDD, and onboarding requirements
Conducting client due diligence, enhanced due diligence, sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening
Supporting AML, financial crime, and risk assessments across the business
Assisting with source of funds and source of wealth reviews
Identifying and escalating compliance, AML, onboarding, and file management risks
Supporting compliance investigations, remediation activity, and audit responses
Managing file opening, file closing, archiving, retention, and destruction processes
Carrying out file reviews, control checks, and quality assurance tasks
Supporting compliance with Lexcel, ISO, and other quality assurance frameworks
Acting as a key point of contact for AML, onboarding, and compliance-related queries
Supporting the development and optimisation of compliance systems and workflows
Assisting with compliance reporting, management information, and process improvement initiatives
Supporting internal and external audits, compliance monitoring, and training activity The Person
Experience within compliance, onboarding, AML, risk, quality assurance, or another regulated environment is desirable
Experience within a legal or professional services environment is highly desirable
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Strong IT and systems skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and workflows
Ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow procedures carefully and escalate issues appropriately
