Job Title: Construction Manager – Building Projects Company: URC Construction (P) Ltd. Location: Pan India (Willingness to relocate anywhere in India) Experience: 15 – 20 Years Industry: Construction (Commercial / Institutional / Building Projects) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the execution of large-scale building projects , including Data Center developments . The role requires strong expertise in managing end-to-end construction activities, ensuring quality delivery, and driving project excellence.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction activities for building projects , including data centers Oversee project planning, scheduling, execution, and timely delivery Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements Monitor site progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions Manage project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation Drive productivity and ensure efficient site operations Report project status to senior management and stakeholders Requirements 15–20 years of experience in building construction projects Strong experience in commercial / institutional / data center building projects Proven leadership in handling large teams and multiple stakeholders Excellent project management and problem-solving skills Strong communication and coordination abilities Willingness to relocate anywhere in India Tamil candidates preferred Why Join URC?
