About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the execution of large-scale building projects, including Data Center developments. The role requires strong expertise in managing end-to-end construction activities, ensuring quality delivery, and driving project excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage construction activities for building projects, including data centersOversee project planning, scheduling, execution, and timely deliveryCoordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teamsEnsure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirementsMonitor site progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actionsManage project budgets, cost control, and resource allocationDrive productivity and ensure efficient site operationsReport project status to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
15-20 years of experience in building construction projectsStrong experience in commercial / institutional / data center building projectsProven leadership in handling large teams and multiple stakeholdersExcellent project management and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and coordination abilitiesWillingness to relocate anywhere in IndiaTamil candidates preferred
