Dicor Construction Inc., is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee a new ground-up storage center project from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of the storage center construction project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and on-site coordination.
Oversee subcontractors, field staff, and vendors to ensure work meets company standards and project specifications.
Maintain project timelines and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays.
Conduct regular site inspections ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with all regulations.
Prepare and track budgets, change orders, progress reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors throughout the project.
