As we continue to expand, were looking for a Construction Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, owns the details, and brings energy, integrity, and a solutions-first mindset to every job site.
About the Role:
As Project Manager, youll take the lead on complex commercial renovation projectsfrom preconstruction through closeout. Youll manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships, while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and communication are upheld. You wont just manage work; youll shape outcomes.
What Youll Do:
- Lead day-to-day construction operations on assigned projects (up to $5M value)
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Monitor field activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specs
- Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and quality control inspections
- Prepare and maintain project reports, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and forecasts
- Mentor assistant PMs, project engineers, and support staff to grow internal talent
What Were Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, or at least 5 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager in commercial construction with a general contractor.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and job costing
- Experience with both renovation and/or ground-up (new build) construction projects
- Comfortable using construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and ProEst (or similar tools)
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plusbut equivalent experience will be considered
- Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus, but is not required
