Base Pay Range

$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to provide program and project management support to the U.S. Coast Guard Civil Engineering Unit (CEU) Juneau. This role supports a large-scale design and construction program across Alaska, primarily focused on shore-side facility maintenance and improvement projects.

Work may involve travel to Coast Guard Bases in Kodiak, Ketchikan, Sitka, and other remote locations throughout the state.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform program and project management, contract administration, schedule oversight, quality and cost control, safety, and risk management.
• Conduct onsite construction inspections; document issues and provide solution-oriented recommendations.
• Lead constructability reviews of project and contract documents.

General Requirements

• Experience with design-build or design-bid-build projects.
• Minimum 1 year of construction experience in Alaska or coastal areas (within 20 miles of shoreline).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, and/or Microsoft Project.
