Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure healthcare projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to maintain efficient workflow
• Enforce strict compliance with healthcare regulations, codes, and safety standards (e.g., infection control)
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and hospital stakeholders to address project requirements
• Monitor quality control to ensure all work meets design specifications and healthcare facility standards
• Manage site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment usage, and site access in active medical environments
• Identify and resolve construction issues, conflicts, or delays in real time
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, inspections, and compliance records

The Successful Applicant

• 2+ years of general contracting experience, preferably in the healthcare, commercial, or municipal markets.
• Knowledge of all relevant safety guidelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Trades background or construction management degree preferred, but not required
